This wine is the expression of the Sicilian terroir. The soil is medium-textured and chalky, with an altitude of 500 m.a.s.l.
Grapes are accurately hand harvested from guyot-trained vine, then collected in small boxes. Vinification occurs at low temperatures in stainless-steel tanks in order to maintain the notes of freshness and elegance characterising such variety.
Its color is straw-yellow, intense and bright. The bouquet is gently fruity and dry, with scents of pineapple, banana, apple, pear and citrus.The mouthfeel is soft with special hints of Mediterranean aromas. Great structure and satisfying on the palate, with a long and persistent finish. Intense and fresh, the mineral character makes it a wine pleasant to drink and complex.
It perfectly fits with fish, first courses and aperitifs. This wine can accompany the entire meal.
